Emerald Tattoos Inquiry Booking Form for the months of December 2025 to February 2026 opened on August 15th, 2025. This form is only an inquiry for booking a tattoo session, there is no guarantee. Please fill out the form entirely, with in depth detail and any questions you may have. I will reach out personally for booking via text. At that point in time please be ready to apply a deposit to schedule the consultation and session. Hourly rate is 200$ Shop minimum is 100$. Deposit is 100$-105$. Consultations may be required before hand. If you do not hear from me within three to four weeks, it is just a project I cannot take on at this point.
